I'm going to pilot school in the air force. Which I think is a DHV in my book. But how do say it with out coming off like I'm bragging when they ask what I do? Any help would be great.

When people asks you "what do you do for living?" you just have to say: "I'm a fighter pilot"...thats your DHV right there.

greenhorn: Your correct there is no pilot school. That was used for simplification purposes. I'm going to Air Education and Training Command ( AETC ). So technically it would be call pilot training. I starting my instructed flying next summer. I'll be at Columbus AFB in MS.

Thats cool youre gonna be a fighter pilot, but I already don't like you cus of the way you came across in the "subject." Seriously, it would be best to not bring it up at all, and have it come out organically. Have a wing bring it up.
