Wooooo easy sonny boy. Closing in under a minute??? Before you go for that master the art of attaining numbers first. Step by step. If you fail to prepare then prepare to fail. In this case practice is your preperation. Wait until you feel comfortable with attaining numbers without a time limit.
Which brings me to my next point. Comfort. Number closing doesnt really have much to do with attraction at all. Its mainly comfort building. Establish SOME comfort before you exchange numbers.

Why do you want to # close someone under one minute? I meen you don't know her and she don't know you. She hasn't had time to start sending IoIs to you if you just cold approached her with a direct opener. I would say not good. If you want to # close in one minute or below she should be sending you AIs (as that is a IoI). I have once number closed in 30 seconds with a girl. Generally I don't like to # close as quickly as you haven't had time to show your attractive side or start building comfort...
