hey guys ive been using these opinion openers in the field (college clubs and bars) and have had pretty good success with them, although sometimes they don't catch, so if you have any advice on them let me know. And im sure someone else has come up with some of these before but i havent read enough posts on here to properly cite them so sorry if i accidently stole your line.


1. hey do pick up lines ever work in a bar?
2. What would it be worse to be, french or canadian
3. hey me and my boy were arguing, who's better, sublime or the chili peppers
4. hey me and my friend here are thinking of picking up a new sport, do you think wed make better surfers or dancers, and if you say dancer im walking away right now
5. Hey, that dude that im with just bought a pair of uggs for himself. I know there comfortable and all but isn't that weird

hmmm they seem pritty nice if you put a false time constraint beforehand.

If you put a story behind this like " hey just a quick question as i have to get back to my friends do pick up lines ever work in bars? because tonight i have heard some of the cheesiest pickup lines ever! This guy came up to our group and we where getting along well when one of my best girl mates came over and he was like "wow if you where a mcdonalds you would be MCgawjus" I mean how needy is that!- Something along them lines.

Might creep them out abit if their stuck up. Theres a small chance but if one of thems either french or canadian ur abit screwed! lol


Thats a good one i would follow up with a DHV story that can be bullshit but will easily show higher value

You- Well i won the Brittish young drummer award so i get to meet them and have a little jam! *add whatever you whant into that last line i just used a example that i now of*

4- Thats great might have to steal that and use it 2night

5- Ermm im not sure really what to do with this i might try it out n see what i can think for improvments.
