All of my 'routines' are situational... however, I can see somebody using this as a routine to open a hostess.

Things you need:
1) A rainy day
2) A wingman

The guy I was with WASN'T a wingman, he was just a friend - this is why it was situational, because he had no idea I was using him to pick up a chick...

So I ran into the restaurant to put our name on the list because it was raining outside. My friend didn't want to go in until we had a table because he was hoping the rain would stop by the time we got a table. Upset with him I approached the hostess who took my name...

ME: My friend is acting like a little girl and doesn't want to come inside because he's afraid he'll get wet running through the parking lot. I'm gonna call him on my phone and want you to talk to him and convince him to come in...

HB: What? No, I wouldn't know what to say!

ME: (smiling real big because I'm already calling her and I hand her the phone) Just get him in here! Tell him we have our table already or something, he'll believe you.

HB: (sounds nervous) (on the phone) Hey, this is ********* from *restaurant name*, your friend made me talk to you to get you in here. Your table is ready... (hands the phone back to me)

ME: (to her) wow that's all you've got? You sure know how to convince a guy... (to him) I told you dude, I wasn't lying about the table (which I was haha).

He comes in and we're seated by her a little later. The whole time she's looking at my table and smiling, so I smile back. When we all get up to leave I let my friends go and I stay behind and talk to her.

ME: Thanks for helping me get my friend in here, I didn't mean to put you on the spot. You did pretty good under pressure.

HB: Haha, thanks... (blushing a little).

ME: Hey you should give me your number in case he (my friend) gets out of line again and I need to call you so you can talk to him... (I hand her my phone)

HB: Puts in her number (I'm watching her face and she's smiling).

After I leave I get a call from my sister. Apparently she's one of my sister's good friends (I didn't know this) and she recognized me through my sister. So I don't know if I got the number because I was the older brother or if it was legit. Either way my sister forbid me to date any of her friends haha...

I can see this as a routine if your wingman is willing to play the AFC sitting in the car on a rainy day...
