when you dont get a response

so sometimes ill be talkin to some girl that i kno on myspace or facebook, and she'll ask what im doing that night, and ill say i dont know u wanna do something. Sometimes they dont respond, what do i say or do then or the next time i see them? Where am i going wrong?

Don't be so quick to ask them to do something.

Tell her that you've got a few options, but you're not really sure if you like any of them enough to say for sure. that way she knows you're open to suggestions, but also shows you're not desperate

Always have something better to do. Make it a priority to get to know your city and the events that are happening at any given time. Know what's going on, and when she asks "What are you doing tonight?" you'll always have a response.

Her: So what are you doing tonight?
You: Well I was planning on going to this thing. There's a band playing, and I sort of want to check them out. Kinda waffling on it, though. You should come. At least that way we'll be bored _together_.

He's right. I use www.philly2nite.com to stay up on most of the things happening in my city. Theres a quality site for your city as well, just find it. Don't be so quick to offer your company to her, she'll see you as something she has already won over.

These guys are absolutely right. I have a plan for every night of the week. Whether I actually get to do all my plans doesn't matter but knowing what is going on and having an answer to the question 'what you up to tonight' is invaluable. You have to sound like you have an interesting life (or acutally have one, hey :?), and as they say if she is interested she can always come along.
