I met a girl, and we got on really well were kissing a lot the night we met and exchanged phone numbers.
I tried to text her a couple days later, but after trying a few times I realised that it is impossible to send a text to her phone. So I tried to call her as I thought she might have given me a wrong number, however I got through and we had a nice chat and half arranged to meet on the weekend.

I tried to call her the day before a couple of times to confirm, but I kept getting answer phone (didn't leave any messages). The one time I got through I just heard very loud music (It was 7:30pm so I guessed she could have been at a loud bar or something?).

We didn't meet at the weekend as we didn't confirm a time or place to meet. However a couple days later she called me, and when I answered she just hung up.

What do you think this means? and I haven't tried contacting her for a week, what should I do?

Seems like she was interested at first, but that feeling is fleeting. You probably came off overly invested in meeting up with her; good looking girls like a challenge.

As far as she was concerned, she "out-valued" you. Any girl worth being interested in, has an unspoken rule; the guy must be at least EQUAL in comparison with her perceived self value. Equal is pushing it too, no one wants to be with some "just ok." Its that simple.
