Don't beta your friends, that's a really dick thing to do.

Instead control the conversation, by doing more the talking and being more interesting.

The problem is that you stopped being interesting not that you're friend is a natural.

yeh but sinn, i run out of topics. im not some sort of pua. im just me. i can keep a conversation going and i can relieve tensions when it stops, but my conversations dont flow man. i dunno how to make em flow?

Did you get that from the movie "Just Friends?"

I don't know if this counts as lunch, but I've taken girls out on dates where eating was involved while the sun was still up, and I did just fine. Now, this is stuff like 4 PM or something like that cuz regular lunch time is breakfast time for me :P

You have two problems in this situation:

1. You DLV yourself.
2. You DHV your friend.

Build up your confidence around girls and stop seeing guys as better than you. When you learn to use kino and negs, you'll be fucking dangerous man! =)
