Take steps to improve any serious flaws in your appearance if u can, for instance iv had dental work as in my earlier years i have "buckteeth" but now having fixed that problem my success with woman has increased beyond anyfin i expected and thats beofre i began to learn PUA

A decent attempt to go to the gym or do sports to improve yourself is also optional but it will increase your confidence as well as giving you the oppurtunity to meet new ppl.

However definite requirements include..

1.Stylish trendy haircut so get a consultation which are usualy free (Shave if bald aka Style)

2.Up to date clothes, if unsure use as oppurtunity to ask girls in street or those working in shop (Both will give you oppurtunity to speak to hot woman to help imrove AA as ther is no emphasis on the outcome ans girls will ne happy to help) or look around at men who seem 2 b successful and take account of what they wear (Remb even if ur not succesful u want to give the impression you are, in most cases, a decent fitting shirt,jeans,dressy black/brown shoes and a belt are a gd start)
Consider possible peacocking jewellery after youve got the basics

3.Most importantly hygiene, shower shave and make sure you use deodrent/aftershave as girls will notice smell!!
