Yup. Oh by the way i forgot to mention something. Notice in the website the author mention a guy name Roberto, who was an average looking guy that had the most intense eye contact he had ever seen. And this guy was pulling girls, from left and right, like crazy. If u guys can recall Dustin (the natural) in "The Game", Style mention that he had a very intense eye contact too. Now this is a very attractive trait, so think of a character you know who has this trait. One actor in particulare has really deep, intense eye contact. Check out Micheal Scofield in "Prison Break". He's a great example. His real name is Wentworth Miller.

yeah very very good website.. I bookmarked it... Pretty much my whole life Ive had this horrible habit of looking down and never being able to look somebody in the eye.. this made me look very shy and pretty much socially retarded... I never knew how important body language and eye contact could be until recently when I got a job as a sales agent.. I had to pretend I was really confident to sell whatever I was selling.. from here on I developed a lot more confidence and now I know how to look people in their eye with much confidence.. Since I do this more often I have been told by a couple girls that I actually have pretty eyes.. so there you go eye contact can cause attraction ( and not just because my eyes were supposively pretty) but now people notice it and they like my eyes speaking to them with confidence... I dont even have to say much I just look at them like I know what the hell I'm talking about or doing.

If someone is having problems maintaining eye contact, at little trick I learned like 10 years ago when I was trying to get over my shyness is to stare inbetween the eyes. On it's face, it's not really different than looking into someone's eyes, but it's good practice for those who might not have the confidence to do so.

A small anecdote:

I like to swing dance and blues dance; blues dancing is especially sensual where physical contact is needed to form a connection between the two partners. While blues dancing, I always flirt by using eye contact since the music is usually too loud to talk to and I never liked talking while dancing anyway. I give "intense" eye contact while dancing with women and girls are ALWAYS asking me to dance with them at these events.

a question i have is:
is it considered unusual to look at EVERYONE you pass by in the eyes? my eyebrows are naturally kind of furrowed so sometimes I come across as looking mad when really I feel fine, and I think that sometimes causes problems when I try to lock eye contact with strangers. Some input would be appreciated.

Thanks for reviving - I would have missed this.

I can't be the only one here that plucks their eyebrows? You can't look everyone in the eye, or you'll have your head darting around and you'd look odd. But the whole point is you're confident, probably walking at a comfortable speed, and you're just recognising people that you pass.

Actually facial expressions are a really big factor in mood I feel. If I lift my brows conciously, and just lighten my features, I actually feel less tension. I feel more comfortable.
