Background:

Just started my job at a very reputable Fortune 500 company. (Can't mention which of course because I don't want to get in trouble.) I'm fresh out of college, so the last thing I am thinking about is women when I get there.

Well, it turns out the section of the sales floor I'm at is a pretty social place. Pretty laid back. Lot of cool ass younger people up there. Fitting in great. So the first thing I notice up there is a gorgeous girl. We'll just call her Liz. Talked to her a little bit in the break room. We both graduated the same year, had a few things in common. But other than that I never made any efforts. I just figured work was for work.

Situation:

Over the last few days I noticed things were actually a little more laid back than I thought. The girl that was training me today actually told me that 2 different girls on the floor asked about my "status". Right after that, she calls Liz over to our "pod". She said, you two have a lot in common, because when she was new she was going through the same thing. She continues to tell Liz about the interest in me throughout the floor. We laughed about it for a little bit, and then it was the end of the day.

Breakdown:

So here's the deal. Apparently guys at work are constantly hounding this girl. She laughs about it even though she is creeped out. I'm not sure what her first impressions of me were, but now she knows I am little bit in demand, if nothing else. I have been nothing but cool and laid back around her. No negs, no flirting, nothing. So I am not a threat at all right now. I make sure never to get caught looking at her, or even paying her much attention. That way I never give off a creepy vibe.

I have decided to try and make something happen. She's hot and cool as fuck. So at this point in my situation, what kind of negs are suitable for a breakroom setting?

Another thing... a lot of us usually go out for drinks after work on Fridays. I would love it if she would go. A restaraunt/bar scene would be much easier.

Any advice on this would be great guy. Being the only guy thats not oogling over her, (as far as she knows), I think will give me a leg up. I'm being sure to socialize with everyone equally, so I think that's also helping my case.

I've been in the same situation many times, and am in one now with a girl at work. I'm going to fuck her in the disabled toilets this sunday at work I've been setting her up for this moment - last Sunday (I do one day a week), I tell her,

Gamble: “did you know one in six people have sex at their work place?” (This is true, it was in the guardian).

HBworkgirl: “is that a hint?”

Gamble: “No, I’d never do it with a girl like you” (and walk off)

HBworkgirl: (Calling after me and blushing) “Why not…!?....joking…(embarrassed).”

Anyway, how did I get there? Well, you’ve done bloody well not to perv over her like everyone else. You’re the exception to the rule. Now, you need negs. She’s in demand..so? YOU ARE THE PRIZE. Neg her about anything. You don’t need other people to make ones up for you.

At some point get her to start qualifying TO YOU. Eg:

“So the lads tell me you’re kinda cool, but I’m not too sure personally (play punch-kino). Tell me, what makes you special?

Is there more to you than meets the eye?
-or-
So what are your three best qualities?

At the end calibrate to see what to do next. Maybe qualify followed by neg (push-pull). Something like:

“Ah, I like that in a girl (look down upon her while saying this, YOU RULE HER)…you know, you’re kinda cute (lean in and be romantic)” Then just before climax, nudge her away and say “But you’re not adventurous enough for me, I don’t think”.

If you play it right, she will disagree and say she is…keep this going and just escalate. You will have her eating out your hands.
