I closed a number of a target at a hollowene party, I was able to get good report with her group but no kino. This was Saturday

Then on Monday I called and asked her out, she told me that she would be busy (which i can resourcefully say that she is telling the truth as she is part of freshmen rush of some kind)

Then today I call her she sends a busy tone. I just text her to tell me when its ok to call, she texts back in few mins "not today Im busy..."

Do I have a shot? When should i call (I was thinking that perhaps next week, but then it could be too late, I have a busy weekend)

Pros:
-I made her laugh and she knows me as a fun guy
-She is not a typical city girl and is not very uptight kind

Cons:
-She is bit young (18) where I am 26 (and a total AFC)
-She is from the host country (Sweden) and I am forigner from a third world country so I don't speak Swedish (but I am perfect at spoken English both in accent and delivery)

Sounds to me like she's not interested. I suggest moving on or "accidentally" meeting up with her in person so you can re-game her.

Yeah, she's gone. "not today, i'm busy" means she's blowing you off... translates to you, "I don't want you to call me at any point today and I have no interest in giving you a point in the future for you to call me."
