The story starts with my friend Rachel and I deciding to go out for some Halloween partying. There ended up being six of us, one of whom was a new girl that neither Rachel nor I had ever met, I'll call her J. J seemed like the loud, boisterous, and generally fun party girl kinda person, and was really sociable with just about everyone all night, introducing herself to strangers and having a good ol' time. Shortly after we had all gotten our first drinks she decided to introduce herself to Rachel more intimately, and reached out and grabbed a big handful of Rachel's right breast. It was too loud for me to hear what was said, but as soon as Rachel got done looking shocked they both laughed over it and J's hand didn't move until they had both laughed. Odd, but it was a dance club, and what do you really expect there?

Two more drinks into the night several more friends had joined the group, and while I was in a conversation with Phillip about something inconsequential, J pulled up a spot next to me in the circle and started bobbing to the music. I smiled at her and started bobbing along beside her, not with her, just beside her. While I was still talking with Phillip she stepped across from me, turned to face me, and grabbed MY breast. I failed to look shocked or startled. Instead I reached out, slid my arm around her waist and pulled her up next to me. I didn't have time to even start dancing with her when she totally freaked out.

"AHHH! GET OFF OF ME! LET GO LET GO LET GO!"

Since she didn't appear to be joking with it and sounded genuinely upset, I immediately let go of her. She glared at me.

"Jeez, who was grabbing whose boob there again?" I asked her teasingly.

I never got an answer, she stood there for only a few seconds more before running to bury herself between two girls at the farthest point of the circle from me. Phillip and I both looked at each other in surprise, stunned really, and then shrugged and went right back to talking about whatever it was we'd been chatting about. I didn't keep a close eye on her for the rest of the night, but I didn't notice any more boob-grabbing from her department.

Really I have no idea what that was about, or how I SHOULD have handled it, but apparently my reaction was NOT the reaction J was expecting. Was this a shit-test? And do you guys have any good ideas for how I should have reacted to her?

sometimes girls like that act that way to get attentions from the guys in your group and when you grab her, something clicked in her head saying "omg he not playing" and thats what made her freak out. You could of in exchanged negged her and said
"hey that gonna cost you. i aint free baby"
But i know plenty of girls who messed around like they are lesbo or bi , when it comes down to the real deal they start freakin out. kinda like a faker using it to get people attention.

Aahhahhahha! You've just failed a fucking shit test !

Like you said, she just stood there for few secs and then walked away, she was obviously seeking for a reaction. You were scared and stunned = you just blew yourself out.

You should've said something intelligent there, like "Oh you don't know how to dance??"

That reminds me of one time I kissed a male friend just to mess with him and he totally freaked out.. He's always joking around with gay jokes. But I guess a kiss made it a little too real for him :P He almost punched me in the face. I was like "hey, calm down dude... we're partying, it's just a joke" and he said "eh, okey.. whatever.. but if you ever do that again I'll mess you up!". And the next three times I saw him he told me again and again how he wasn't into guys. I'm not either... but jeez.

Bah. Some people needs to take a chill pill, and stop taking things so fucking seriously. 8)

Hey NonStopReaper and Stetson, thanks for the reply suggestions. I'm sure I'll be in that scenario again and next time handle it better. Despite having blown myself out in this one, I consider it a victory for two reasons.

1. I actually reached for her this time. Last time it happened I just stood there looking shocked when the boob-grab happened. This time I did something that a month ago I would have been terrified to even try.

1.5 I got rejected

2. I didn't take it to personally. Yeah, I was a bit offended, but in the past this is something that would have made me too afraid to try it again. This time (because of all the inner-game help from the PUA society) I was able to blow it off without damaging my self esteem.

SWEET!

Anyway, next time I think I'll give a little neg-line like the "I'm not free." statement a split second before I pull her toward me, and if another freak-out occurs I'll remember to make fun of her for it right away. You guys are gold! Thanks!

gabe: I think you did good. Her reaction was very strange and hardly something you'd expect from someone who has the nerve to do what she did. Perhaps you could have done it more playfully... I can totally see what you did working... but maybe you looked too serious or something. When sarging, serious usually isn't good. Playful is the way to go ^^
