i see how you might think that that is a neg, almost as if you're implying that if you had plans then you wouldn't have met up. unfortunately, its a crappy neg.

i wouldnt necessarily respond to this with a neg because her asking to meet up is a strong IOI... so instead i'd let them know that i'm busy but that i'll check if i'm free and then let them know what time suits me. this pulls her into my frame.

however, if i've been running a fair bit of c&f on her and i know she can take it, then i'd maybe tease her a bit...
