You want to know how to approach? That's simple..
Look at every girl you see that you think you'll like. Wait for her to look at you, and smile. If she smiles back, walk up to her and say hi.
Then gently guide her where you want to go, or get her contact info. You know, coffee, something to eat, etc.. If she wants you she'll put you in a situation where the two of you can be alone. Then hopefully you'll know what to do if you feel the same way.
If you get confused or unsure of yourself, try some kino or try to kiss her. If she aint buying, excuse yourself and go find another one.
Remember there is no such thing as rejection, it's either bad timing or a bad approach. And we all have to deal with this from time to time. How we deal with it is often the difference. Every situation we survive makes us stronger, if we consider it a learning experience. Never take it personally or allow it to effect your ego. Just think what's she's missing out on.
Always be clean and well groomed. If you don't have your stuff together don't expect her to help you out by sharing her pristine and beautiful body with you.
