Hey guys, recently I notice I have serious problems maintaining eye contact. Can you guys suggest anything?

Of course, we'd be happy to suggest some things to help. In fact I had some specific training on this when I was in automotive sales that I think could be beneficial to you. The idea obviously is that when maintaining good eye contact the customer trusts you more.
A big problem is most people don't know where to look and end up looking back and forth to each eye. This in effect causes you to shift your eyes back and forth. No one in sales wants to look "shifty" and neither do you.

So a trick that I was taught was to pick on eye and concentrate on it.
I have been complimented on my eye contact in many cases by women and other people. When you go to open to speak to her pick on eye and focus on that eye. From a distance of more than a few feet she can't really tell which eye you are looking in and it appears as if you have contact with both eyes. I have experimented with this and found it to be true. I've even taught it to some women.
Anyways, if you are speaking to a group make sure to keep eye contact with the person you are directly speaking to. If you are speaking to the group in general make sure to share your eye contact. This very subtle thing can gain you a lot of trust with people.
Hope it helps man,
