So I have this HB8 neighbor who unfortunately I've been LJBF'd as far as I can tell. Has a long distance b/f, but last night when I invited her out with some friends, we went off for a bit alone and she was telling me she has her doubts about her b/f.

Later that night, back with friends she leans up close, standing side by side to talk with me (IOI?)

Today she brings me cupcakes, but talking rather quietly and almost shylike.

Could there be anything there or is it just my imagination?

I've run a few tactics on her, negs and all and seem to get the effect I've been looking for, but up until now I haven't had any IOI's, was hoping for something a little more obvious but perhaps that's the AFC in me?

Sound like IOI's to me. There is something there. As a man, you are programmed to be an indecisive pussy who will second guess himself and usually flake out, unless you are given a clear SOI (that will probably never come).

She digs you, there is attraction there. If you can kino escalate and get her into a state of having fun, then you will be successful with a k-close.

I agree, but you also need to lose the afc attitude before you go any further. Don't put her on a pedestal and don't worry too much about her responses. Also, there are probably iois you haven't noticed, try paying a little more attention. Like that standing close to you thing was definitely a major ioi.

yeah just keep what you are doing i think the flakyness is on her end. she might be feeling bad about having fun with someother guy then her b/f thats far off away. If you want her that bad you can get it, she giving off good IoI. But be prepared for a bumpy road.

thanks everyone for the responses! Definitely need to keep working on my frame and everything else to do with PU since I've just started a few weeks ago...i'll do my best to put the advice to good work!
