So I went to this bar and saw this waitress who I think I've seen before (this is true). She serves us, I give a her a hard time, negging, etc. She comes up again to our table with a bill for a friend who was leaving. I say, "what, you just walk up with some bills and don't even say hi?" She looks at me and says "quiet you!" and playfully hits me with one of the bills. I think IOI.

So I walk to the bathroom and stop to talk to her for a sec. This is what I say:

Me: I think I've seen you before, where do I know you from?
Her: I don't know, not sure if I know you.
Me: Really, I'm not hitting on you, but you look so familiar.
Her: Hmm.

I'm thinking I need something better.

Me: Well let me get your opinion on something. If you've been dating a guy for three months and found out he still talks to his ex, would you date him?
Her: oh, no I wouldn't do that.
Me: Well I'm just tying to get advice for my buddy.

I can't get this girl to talk anymore. So I am asking advice on how I can transition to something more interesting. What would some of you pua's do in this situation? She wasn't busy or running around. She was just standing there.

Well she's a waiter so if you want to run some game on her you are going to have to do it outside the bar. So ask her for her number and then take it from there . If you keep using suggestion openers she's going to figure out what you are trying to do and you will probably be seen as supremely boring.

how's he supposed to get her number if he cant even get past the opener?

there's plenty of resources on gaming hired guns. do a bit of searching and you'll find a few golden threads.
a bit of advice i can give out of personal experience - tease her more. you can seriously up the c&f on waitresses because they're already used to it. know where to draw the line though. also, try using pivots or pawns to get her attention. time your interactions so that she sees you DHVing or making the girls laugh like crazy. it'll spark some interest and maybe even make her wonder why you arent running game on her.

If she never heard that opener, then it's not old for her and still could be effective.

Thanks for the replies though. I'll figure out a way to get her number next time I'm there.
