I'm a 26 year old guy and am just starting out with this. I've used a few openers on girls while out, but that's about the extend of what I've done in the game.
Personally, I think I would find it easier if I had someone in a similar situation as me that I could study with and discuss ideas. Possibly even role play, I know it sounds a little weird, but I reckon it would help.

I'm not a social retard, but simply not that good at picking up women (yet), I have no problem in talking to them, but I do sometimes have problems sealing the deal.

I'm fairly busy at the moment, but can usually find a spare night to go out.

So if you're interested, let me know. I would prefer if it was someone that's 21 years old or older though.
