I disagree with that. masterbation doesnt sub. for sex. i can wack off and still wanna go out and get laid. You get the control over the sex in a relationship by making her want you more. women want to have sex. build the sexual tension, dont think because u fuck yourself at night that your gonna want sex less or be more successful in the relationship.

If you masturbate before you go out you are in more control and seem less desperate. Its fun, and you will have the same desire by the time you get anywhere anyway. Masturbate. You will think alot clearer. period.

I think that this is vastly a personal choice that affects men drastically differently. Before I ever knew about PUA stuff I would always remember not to jerk it before going to a place where I could meet women. It's a standard progression for me: the less I masturbate the more I want sex, the more I want sex the more I want to meet women etc. If you haven't tried it give it a shot, if you have and it doesn't work that's genes I guess
