Being a pretty much brand new AFC to the scence, i was just wondering from you more experience guys, the easiest way to deal with say, a girl that you make plans with that stands you up.

For example the other week i made plans to go to a cafe and i got a text message when i was there saying "blah blah couldnt make it, etc".

Just wondering what a strong, good reply to that is

This is true - but it wouldnt stop her standing you up. She really needs to be interested in you. or what you have to offer. Tell her that you need to show her something that will make her heart fail for a second. when she gets there and asks what it is that is so amazing - say - your looking straight at it .
Also - are you showing to much interest in her? how did you ask her to come and meet you?
afc: hey can we get a coffee sometime? (her translation - hey can i get down your pants sometime?)
pua: ive got about half an hour to kill on saturday at one. i usually get coffee. why dont you come sample some? i promise i won't stand you up (coffees not exactly a brilliant date tho mate. if i wer you id go for something more unusual.

Number one rule you should always be the late one, i wouldn't have been anywhere near the place till i got a call that she was already there.
