Okay, so theres a group of us usually 3 including me but sometimes more, all AFC's

the other 2 of my group are constantly winding me up and trying to irritate me, theres a girl im close to who they always end up telling people about what happens with her and dishing the dirt on all my secrets that ive told them cause they're my closest mates apparently!

anyways i respond to this either by laughing with them or completely ignoring the comments made and this can be infuriating!

how ideally should I deal with it, also ive got dirt on them and i dont say anything about them!

and another point just for personal reference i see a lot of lads who get physical, like punching on the arm, pinching etc etc how do you deal with that in a alpha way?

They always let out ur secrets? Stop telling them....
Dont dish out their dirt, maintain the upper hand.
laugh it off or ignore it, they will get bored. If they dont, alone tell them ur fucking pissed off at it and they should stop.

As for punching on the arm or anything, either join in or just joke about it.
