Sometimes when negging or goofing around with girls, I get a laughing "i hate you!" (its not serious, as she is cracking up while saying it to me).

How can I spin this?

I would say something like "yeah what don't you hate"(kiddingly of course).
Or make a pout face and do an obviously faked sadness. Then they might fake sincerity often establishing kino.

Holy jesus no. I can tell you haven't used this cos that would just cause serious awkwardness. I know what you're thinking. "Oh, I have to pretend like I'm not interested and don't care what she thinks and then she'll like me". Wrong. There is a time for this of course, but this is totally not the way to demonstrate that.

She's playing around, kidding with you. Go with it, have fun. All you gotta do is say "aww, I hate you too" while giving her a big hug. I don't think I need to tell anyone that it has to be said with a smile and in a joking way, but you'd be surprised how clueless some of the guys I know can be.

Here's a few:

"Oh . . . you're so cute. That's all my first girlfriend ever said to me . . . of course at the time, SHE was 10 years old and I was 9 . . ."

"Oh . . . that's soooo cute. You love me! Becky _____ , in 3rd grade used to say that to me all the time but I never let her touch me. She had cooties you know."

"I know you are but what am I?"
Wait 5 seconds for her "WTF, are you nuts?" stare. Stare back at her for a bit. . . wait . . . then:

"No, no . . . that's not the playground comeback I was looking for . . . You see, . . . I'm like this rubber ball . . . and what ever you say bounces off of this here rubber ball and goes right back to you. So yes, I love you too honey."
She stares, laughs, whatever . . . You stare right back at her like you would to a kid who hasn't been able to figure out an "adult joke".

Grab your heart and exaggerate, "Ooh ouch. My heart. My heart. You hurt me! Let's not hate, let's cooperate and appreciate!" If she laughs, high five. If she has that funny look on her face you go: "Ummm . . . Let's levitate? Meditate? Aggregate? No? How about 'Make-out-a-tate'. (She'll laugh) Well, yeah. . . all these things are better than "HATE" . . . you see, that's the point. That's the point . . ."

Her: "I hate you"
Me: "I love you to"

Why make it any more complex?

1. Because the OP asked for a "spin" and not a "retort".

2. If 1 line statements + 1 line retorts = successful sarges, I'd be running that cube crap with all the rest . . .

I guess I should have also added to say "I love you to." in a way that conveyed to the girl that you know she "loves" you in a joking way. I agree that the line it's self is a retort. But in delivery you can make it a spin. As I am sure you know delivery for the most part is more important and key than what you actually say.
I agree. But that does not mean you can't use it as part of your game.

her: "I hate you"

you: "well you are gonna have to getover that, cause i have big plans for us!."

I'm more looking for approval from you guys out there, then actually telling you to say this..I'm brand new to this so....

HB: "I hate you"
You: "Hate is just love with its back turned"

damn, Omega. thats kinda deep... you could use that in a "beauty is really on the inside" routine

anyway, i guess it depends on how long you have been talking. if you just met her you dont want to throw out somethin too cold, but you dont want to be some creepy guy that goes in too heavy either. i think all these lines are good, but just use your judgement of when the right time is to use them appropriately.
