I'd tell her it's none of her fucking business, but I'm sure that's not the "correct" reply.

say "why does it matter how many girls i have been with?" she'll reply
"well i just wanna know" then say back "its not much of an importances" and just change the subject. If she keeps insisting pull the freeze-out method until she complies

Anytime a chick wants to know that try to deflect. I have learned through myself I don't want to know how many guys she has been with why would she want to know how many girls I have been with. Its just going to cause a problem deflect and change the subject immediately.

I would most probably say something on the lines of "Are you trying to find out if I am a man whore/slut? If so you could just ask me out right."

I would probably reply with something C+F along the lines of "at once?" or "you mean this week?" Don't ever give girls straight answers to questions like this, at least not the first time they ask it.

If she persists, you could look her in the eyes and say "I prefer quality over quantity." It's a DHV and can either be a:
False disqualifier if used early in the set where you are pushing her away...
...Or a statement of intent when used later and she knows you are interested.

Definately Deflect, then if she keeps pushing what I do is give her a number like 15, but then I tell her that their combined ages only add up to 150 so it's ok. That usually confuses them for awhile but when they realize what I just said they don't push anymore.

I usually say, "A gentleman never kisses and tells," and then immediately cut the thread.

I dont think it matters what you say its a test. Just dont go to far. How many this week I think devalues you.

it's something that everyone wants to know, but when they find out they wish that they didn't. tell her that's what you go buy. you wont' have to lie and even if she doesn't know it, she'll be thankful.

Generally speaking, if a women asks you how your love life is going, they're interested in you. But at the same time, they're equally as interested in your answer.

It doesn't speak well of you to respond negatively or cocky in this situation. If you respond negatively, you lose value. If you respond too cocky, you'll come off as a man slut.

So now, all you're left with is to say that you have an average sex life. But even here you're screwed, because your value is average. You want to be above that.
