Hard to tell from the description, but it sounds like you're falling into LJBF zone. have you read ladder theory? Some people don't have that... charisma... or... sexual aura. In other words, they see you as a brother, not a lover.

My suggestion - get a female opinion on how you look. If you're frumpy and skulking around in a hoodie and sweat pants all day, umm.... no. Possible makeover required.

Second, amp up the cologne/aftershave. I'm convinced as long as it's not overpowering, scents are arousing.

not thinking sexually yet??? are you crazy??? in college - when theyre young - hormones are goin crazy. they ALL horny. even the quiet ones. its human nature lol. ok - youve established the 9 hours comfort - you neeed to build attraction. id usually look for a K close after maybe an hour or two. you seem like a mm supporter - go for A2 lots. lots. and then A3. youll need a little C2 & C3 after that - and then you can drill it.
The chances are you can see it easier at clubs and bars because thats night game. things happen at a faster pace. some people are good at night game - some good at day game. im good at day. because its a slower pace you can calibrate things easier - there is less distractions than in a busy club or bar. its what takes your fancy. if they dont come over in your lap like how you want it - build some kino so she gets used to it. suddenly pull away and cut off all physical. its a physical compliance test (PCT). she should pull towards you and ask whats up - or engage you in conversation. College game changes in several ways:

1.) Most women travel in large sets. Especially Freshman. You rarely see high value women walk around campus alone.

2.) Women are more open to going back to your place if you live on campus.

3.) Women are mostly single.

4.) Your social value will not matter much since campuses are so big. Unless you're on a sports team, most women won't even know who you are until you meet.

5.) College women are more open to experimentation. You'll get more threesome oppurtunities in College than most any other time of your life.
