i just remembered 2 similar incidents that happened last week. both were 2 sets and i didnt choose a target in either. i think i handled it ok-ish but i feel theres a lot of room for improvement. it seems like its a trend here for girls to ask if you're trying to game them.
what would you have said?

1)
HB: are you running game on us?
me: am i doing.. what? *look a bit confused* (i got away with this because english is my 3rd language)
HB: running game on us, you know... trying to pick us up
me: oh. no. i'm just talking to you *bit of a cocky smile*

2)
HB: are you picking us up?
me: to go where? *confused look*
HB: *they laugh* no, like hitting on us
me: ahh... i was confused there for a second. but no, i'm just talking *bit of a cocky smile again*

HB: are you trying to game us?

Iggi: I don't see very much to game? Tell me what you have going for you that might interest me in actually trying?

or

(if there are 2 or more HB)
HB: are you trying to game us?

Iggi: I am insulted. I'm done with you. (turn to walk away and over the shoulder) Oh by the way, I like your (whatever: nails, shoes, hair to the one who didn't ask you if you were gaming them then look at the girl who did say it, wink and keep walking).

Another offshoot of the second one. If they are sitting, when you go to leave try and position your roll off so that you can lean over/into the girl who didn't say the gaming us question and near her ear (everyone should her it in the set) say By the way I like your (whatever), Make SURE you place some KINO her. Touch her hair or back or something.

These are definitely C&F (cocky & funny). Don't try them while being serious or you will come off as an asshole.

hxc, I think your second response was hilarious. After the "to go where" bit, maybe you play up the foreigner angle and say something like: "I don't know about picking up or running game. Where I'm from, we call it 'talking to interesting people to get to know them better.'" That might give the indication that you're interested in continuing along, and might give them a hint to drop the bitch shield a bit...

i got negged by the girls for "not knowing" what gaming or picking them up meant, both times is was something along the lines of "i cant believe you dont know what running game/picking us up means!" i ignored the first one, the second one i responded to with "it's my 3rd language dear, but i'll make sure to correct your grammar soon *huge playful smile*" because i'd decided to make her my target.

It's better to be wrong and strong than act oblivious. I don't get called out much but I am very honest and comfortable with myself. If a girl asks if you are running game then she is interested in you, if she wasn't then she would just ignore you or walk away. You are passing a shit test if you confidently declare that you are indeed gaming her and that you are sincerely interested in her.
