Now im new to this whole pick up thing, but i have a good understanding of the concept of how it works, but with the whole Pick Up Artist 1 and 2 VH1 show along with Neil Strauss's "The Game" im beggining to wonder if the whole Pick Up scene is gona be reviled and its gona be pointless to study this. So when i go to game, im gona get called on my shyt and its not gona work.

Maybe im thinking wrongly here, like the "canned" material that is so overused by everyone will not work, but the whole concept of how to game will still work?

So is it worth it to still study this stuff, or should there try to be a new concept on how to game?

doesn't matter. if you've read the game, then you've read the chapter on social robots. as long as you remember the rules and keep them just as guidelines, you'll be fine. hone your game to your personality, and make it natural. no canned material

The game existed long before mystery since the dawn of man, did you not listen to mystery's talk... It's the game of nature so commercialization of the game has no relevance. People are always gonna have sex whether you like it or not

The only people that will have problems are the ones who use the prescripted material they show on TV. Use your own stuff and you will be fine!

if you ever get called on using a mystery line switch immediately to jugglers honesty approach but to be honest PUAs should be learning concepts not lines. If you just learn lines and no concepts it's like coming out of acting school and being able to do a kickass impression of Mel Gibson in Braveheart lol

the awesome thing about the game is that she'll only ever realize that you're gaming her if you use canned stuff. she wont know you're gaming her when you're busy telling a DHV story thats original, or if you turn a bit away after she did a DLV because its all natural behavior patterns that some have been gifted with and others have to learn through books. how is she going to know that you turning away after she did a DLV is actually gaming her and not just you being genuinely disinterested?
i've only been using canned stuff (no one here has ever heard of mystery or the game, so i'm safe for now) but i'm busy trying to make up my own stories, openers and games because those will not only be original but also be fully congruent with my personality, making it more natural.
