How is getting her stand up so she can speak to you properly complicated?

she is sitting down and to go up to her and say hey stand up i need to ask you an opinion.....what if she says no??...

...basically there go's your shot, cause if you stay and kneel then to ask you opinion that is already sending messages you dont want to be sending...

asking her to stand is possible and it may work, but theres no point in doing it anyways getting her to stand? i can see if she is already standing getting her to come to you by waving her over would make sense....but what is your reasoning behind getting her to stand when she is sitting on the floor???

besides you got a 50 50 chance and if your on the she'd rather sit version of things you screwed yourself.....id rather see this kis just kneel to get her opinion, and later on when he see's this girl in school initiante a better conversatoin.....
