I got some little pimple things to the sides of my lips, kind of below, to the side of my cheeks. I noticed them this morning when I was shaving. Could I have gotten this from making out with? They are hard to see
unless you're up close and they began itching this afternoon, they're skin color, but are small, bumpy and numerous. WTF are these?

They are probably cold sores, they can be spred by kissing but it's no big deal. Just go to a pharmacy and they should be able to give you something for the itching and redness.
