What context does she say this? Did she just walk right up to you and say it; or did you ask her what she was doing later?
If you asked, in that case, she probably saw it as you moving in on her too soon and said it as a defense mechanism.
Or she COULD have a BF that she's gonna have lots of sex with later, you never know.

Also some women with bfs, mention them just to free themselves of guilt later. Like if she mentions him and you sleep with her anyway, it was your fault because you didn't stop when you found out she was taken. She wants to make it your fault not hers.
