Eh... any time you speak with her is an opportunity to make her laugh... build attraction/comfort... etc. "What are you up to is very general afc stuff. How about something like:

"Stop it..."
"Stop what?"
"Thinking of me and smiling :)"

oh, and what exactly do you mean by day 2? the day after you get her #? The day after the date? The day of the date??
