you need to position yourself better, you kind of have to aim your hips into hers, so you're lying down, but your hips are paralell to hers. it's awkward but it'll stop the problem you're having.

Or you could be a man, take control, and tell her to lean forward or go up and down as opposed to grinding (which is what it sounds like she's doing). I've noticed that a lot of chicks do that when they're on top, and yes, if they do it hard it can be painful; don't let them do it too much. You gotta train 'em sometimes.

Just make sure that when she gets on top, youve got it in properly, when its not positioned correctly it can feel awkward for the both of you.
