okay so last night i was at a venue just a small show sitting down talking to a buddy of mine about random bullshit. cute girl next to me ask me to buy her drink for her she gave me the money to buy it for her.............

JL: I dont really feel comfortable buying you a drink ( joking manner )

JL: well see my comfort level when the bartender gets here til then im going to hold onto this ( $20)

WAITED A MINUTE OR TWO, BOUGHT THE DRINK

JL: you know i have to tax you on this beer
HB: thats a pretty big tax

i start enjoying myself a little more at this point, my friends and I just sucked people into our convos..... and at random point in the night

HB: your really cool (WTF)
JL:...........???????????? what do you say to that?
HB: do you get that a lot
JL: once or twice

JL: South Orange County ..........( i felt that that was the gayest answer in the world after i said that ......... i dont want to be known as the guy from Orange County do i lie?

i also ended give her the change back later on ........

i ended up having to go outside because another friend couldnt get in so the night ended in the verdict of WORK ON MY GAME BIG TIME.
could i get any and all tips that come to mind i need serious constructive criticism

First of all, well done. Secondly, for the "you're really cool" comment, you could've been c/f and said something like: yes, yes i am. with a cheeky grin of course. or you could've just said thank you and changed thread.

needless to say, she was into you. You should have isolated, meaning taking her away from the group and having some private time together. From there you could have kino escalated until you kissed. If you're not sure how to kino escalate and k-close, check out the rest of the forum, as there's loads of info with feedback from people who have field tested methods.

This is a shit test. She is trying to see how phased you get when throwing this at you. Just dismiss it immediately "Thanks," and carry on. Or if things are going really well then return it and give a statement of intent, "Thanks, I wasn't going to go out tonight, my friends dragged me. But now I am really glad that I did. You are a really interesting person and have great a energy level..." Whatever your answer (I wouldn't lie if you are hoping to take her home), be strong and proud about it. "I'm from OC, I love it."
