to me building comfort is a mindset not lines. even though those are good.
the goal of building comfort is to have a free flowing conversation, at this point "game" should be turn off. the concept is to have her emotionally drawn in so she feels you guys have a special connection.
great lines though.

1) I would dance with the girl then if shes feeling me i'd take her to sit down and talk.
2) I'd ask 2 or 3 of the comfort building questions talk about them a little and then i'd play a game with her
3) The game i'd prefer is the 5 questions game by Neil Strauss (I think).
4) Before the game i'd make a bet with her... Saying " If i win i get a dance if you win i'd buy you a drink" its a win/win situation because even if you lose you can still talk to her after buying her her drink...
5) So I win... we go dance and I take her by the hand and squeeze it... If she squeezes back this is a Huge IOI...
6) After dancing with her i'd take her back to a more private room say V.I.P.
7) Then you keep gaming her and you then tell her that you have a surprise for her.... shell be like whats the surprise... tell her its for later... Anticipation... She will go crazy when you tell her its for later... That will be on her mind during the whole conversation...
Say wait her I need to go to the bathroom... while your in the bathroom she will keep on thinking on what the surprise is and when you come back dont say a word... she'll be like so wheres my surprise... You say close your eyes and open your hand... What she will think is your gonna put something in her hand which you're not... Then you take her hands and you kiss her... See this is so much better than just saying close your eyes... Because she will be predicting the kiss and then you will be predictable... which is not as unatteactive as being unpredictable...
