for example:
in the interaction if you teased her about something or taught her something, say something like "you owe me for teaching you to ___________", or "i can't believe i put up with your _______ the other night", or "i can't believe you/i couldn't guess _______".
your goal here establish contact and attraction while maintaining/building comfort. once you break the barrier and she is comfortable with texting you, give her a call. in my opinion if you call too early, you are asking for a flake. while its nice to have the balls to call early, girls rarely have enough comfort to run and answer the phone call of a guy they just met.
