I think I've definitely hit a turning point in my game and all because of eye contact. eye contact is one of the best ways of showing disinterest which is necessary in the attraction stage. I like to do a rolloff after the opener and keep my eye contact slowl wandering away from the target in the initial stages of the interaction. I'm not looking everywhere around her but just conveying that I hope someone more interesting might pop up. subtle things when they speak, don't imediately turn to look at them, a couple seconds in, I slowly turn my head to look at them. when I'm answering a dull question like where im from where i go to school yada yada i usually give them about 30% of my eye contact. when they ask for my name, I give them alot more because I am important and want people to recognize that when I introduce myself. It all seems very aloof but is carefully calculated and measured. when moving into comfort, alot more eye contact is granted because she's "winning you over". This is more something to utilize in indirect game. I don't know if this works with everyone who tries it but combined with relaxed body language I've found that I've been recieving tons of IOIs. let me know what you guys think on the subject of eye contact!

Very smart idea...i usually go indirect but maintain solid eye contact. I do this because i thought it projected confidence, but then again i'm opening and being indirect so maybe i should maintain indirect body language also. Does indirect work well in the day? Or should i just open with "damn you are banging!" ...(facing her completely, hardcore eye contact)?

It just feels weird opening a girl with a question or a statement "you look like you could be fun/cool" and then acting aloof and giving her bad EC/body language away from her.

I'm going to play around with this more, but then again it all comes down to calibration, can any of the pro's here comment on how you know the amount of direct/indirectness to give based off of calibration?

This is something i've been thinking about for awhile but yet again haven't openly stated, good topic man!

thanx. ya i see wut u mean but "you look like a cool person" is more of a direct approach. im thinking that this is more for indirect like "where's the washroom" or "what's the name of this song". for direct approach, I think that projecting confidence is crucial and that means some solid eye contact. also u've already established that you've given her some value by directly approaching you, meaning that she's already "won" your attention and therefore your eye contact aswell. I havent really experimented much with direct game so far but i'm thinking i should just bite the bullet soon and get ready to make a few mistakes..haha

Agreed. Slow response to their statements, looking away while they talk (and slowly looking back, not jerking)... good stuff.
