This is good advice that I saw in one of David D's programs. Really good for when you feel weird while having your arms at your sides.
Also, if you have a drink in your hand, don't hold it in front of your chest like some kind of shield. Better to hold it at your side (also you won't warm it as quickly with your hands if your fingers are holding it near the top rather than cupping it in front of you). Just be careful about being bumped in a crowded area and don't have a weak grip and drop it.
