Ever since joining the PUA community, I thought I'd never have one-itis ever again. How very wrong I was...

I became way too attached to one girl who happened to be my best friend. Two days ago she got a boyfriend who I knew in real life. I wanted to talk to her about how I felt, but the rules of PUA forbids me to do so. I'm very jealous and I don't know what to do... I'm hurt emotionally and physically (keep feeling sick and not eating)

How do I overcome this one-itis...
and should I tell her how I feel even if it's against the pua rules?

just cause pua says dont do this and that i dont even follow pua and i dont believe you shoudl either...

sure when your talking to woman and trying to get numbers and hook-ups follow what you believe is right and what works....but who gives a shit what pua's say about that pua is i see as more a way to hook up quick with woman and then disassociate yourself from them...

by all means do tell this girl how you feel if it will make you feel better, most pua's would say get over it you bitch but i believe life isn that easy and that you cant just simple GET over it you know......

so from now on if ever in doubt and your not sure what to do do with what would make you feel good

Stop thinking of them as rules! They are guide lines made up by other people. This kind of game works for them and it does not necessarily mean that it is gonna work for you.
Basically, as you progress in your game you will realize that very few if any of the rules are important, they are there to help you getting started.

Do whatever you feel will work for you! If you feel happy with One-itis, marry the girl!
