Hey everyone! We all know the election is coming up quick.


This is a broad community and everyone's ideals, morals, and intentions are all different....however, I highly encourage you educate yourself on the blanket of environmental topics - not just global warming! You will come to find, that the environmental issues are at the root of many other problems.

Without our natural surroundings, we wouldn't be able to live the lifestyles we have or consume the things we do.

Lockestar©, I'm glad that you brought this up. In this landmark election, it's easy for people to overlook the environment. Everyone is, rightfully, concerned with the economy and the US's military presence globally, among other things, but the environment isn't as big of a topic as it should be.

Economical crisis: not just because the mortgage companies wanted to make millions:

The reduction of natural resources led to investment of billions in a fight for them.
Conflict caused higher prices
Higher prices of oil - higher prices for food.


Many of the current issues can be blamed on environmental upset, when brought down to it.
