i have this issue.... i can attract with ease, building comfort is not a problem, i can get the girl to do what i want, but i cant close. Im not sure if i should go in for it, when i should go for it, or if i should make her come get it. Obviously the second is more difficult but i have acheived it a few times. Although, it takes much more time and effort, something i dont always have. The night always ends where we say that we should definetly hang out another time....my goal is to make it end in bed. I need the basic where, when, how.

Your the problem here buddy. If the HBs are comfortable with you, they will not have a problem going back to your place. Don't ask, tell her to come with you, but make sure to give a false time restraint. (I'm heading home. You can come over for a little while but I have to get up early so you'll have to leave)

If you can k-close a HB you met at a club in a private setting, you can F-close her. The hardest part is getting the target to the private setting.

like i said i can get her to do what i want, transitioning from place to place isnt the problem, its the actual closing. I no its unprobable but even when shes at my house, unless things kinda randomly fall into place and shit works out, nothing happens. I actually have a best friend and a pivot who i became friends with like this, she came to my house and we just kinda had fun like best friends. Alright. Basically your problem is yourself. She is attracted to you, now you need to reward her by showing her that you are attracted. You basically need to take control of your situations and stop hesitating. If you are doing kino and you are still receiving IOIs just kiss her already. Do not hesitate.

For K-close: Mystery has his 3 IOI's rule, which means that when you've recieved 3 IOI's you kiss close.

F-close: Don't have very much experience of f-close at clubs/bars actually. But the false time constraint that s0n1ce wrote about is very important. And when it comes to both K-close and F-close (and fucking everything else) don't ask for permission for anything. Like:
