If you TRULY are your best self, and can successfully convey all your best qualities throughout a conversation, then you're a PUA.

Exactly. Guys over-analyse far too much, and the reason for this is because they have an agenda. They want to do everything perfectly otherwise they'll mess up their chances of getting in their pants... if guys were to simply focus on the approach and the interaction as it happened instead of the results they were gonna get from it they'd all be developing a hell of a lot faster. You know how when you look around a club and there's this one guy sitting with his group and he just isn't into the conversation at all? It's because he is out to get laid and because he isn't talking to girls, he isn't having fun. Girls know this and when he does approach, they are cold towards him as a result. Your mindset is no less apparent in daytime approaches... if you approach girls and your underlying motive is that "I need to get this girl and I don't wanna fuck up", guess what... it's written all over your face. Stop caring so much about what they think. If you do that, you're thinking for two people and you're wrong about what's going on in her head anyway - so, quit it.

Relax, have fun and enjoy yourself. Women are nice. They're human just like you, they feel the same things, they all do stupid shit just like you do. Most importantly, women are all insecure to some degree and they care about how others perceive them. Bitch shields? Gimme a break. They can afford to act like bitches when their friends are around because they all know it's exactly that - an act. If you approach a woman who is by herself she will never act coldly towards you because she doesn't have people around who she knows will feed her ego and reassure her that she's making the right decisions. And by truly understanding that a lot of the things they do are purely just to save face in front of their peers, you will realise how little their opinions really matter.

The truth is somewhere in between the two extremes.

The goal of course is to attract and eventually bed women. Sit there and analyze the shit out of everything and nothing will ever be done. But if you don't understand your goal and basic strategies that create sexual tension and attraction, you'll just end up being that monkey comedian talkative guy.
You gotta understand why this is boring the shit out of you. The "Pick Up Package" is all about gearing your game FOR women. Clearly, a great majority of posters here game to entertain themselves. You're claiming to have all this knowledge, yet by saying something like this, you just come off as arrogant and don't offer any constructive advice. This makes you sound like someone people won't want to learn from, as you're not demonstrating anything to help them, just berrating them for not already being good at something, which is a laughable stance for a teacher to assume. What Ive gathered from the liturature about the online pickup community is that it is directed at guys who are total knobs that have NO GAME. Dudes who are basicaly social retards so you cant exactly just tell them to just be cool. Some guys arent. A lot of guys arent cool or interesting people so give them a break if they want to be social robots. They have a better chance of getting layed with a conversation template than with their own lame ass personality. I wish them the best.
