Hey I've trying really hard to approach girls lately. Like 4 hrs a day but i make like 1 approach every hour.... I just don't know whom to approach and mostly i ask for directions or the time. Its also hard for me to get thieir attention when i try to talk they just speed up like im trying to attack them ..(wtf... ) and also its hard for me to get their attention without saying "excuse me"...... HELPS!!.

You have a bad case of approach anxiety.

Think of it this way: there are 6.721 BILLION people in this world. If you live in an urban area, there can be around 3 million to 5 million people in your city. Even if you mess up with 5 girls in one night and those five girls tell 10 people that you suck (which is never going to happen). That's 50 people thinking you suck. Lets say you go out and suck 200 days of the year. Then a maximum and I mean MAXIMUM of 10000 people that think you're a jerk. That means merely .2 to .3 percent of your city thinks you suck and let's not even get into world percentages.

You are a free man. Nobody will remember you. Even if you messed up so go for it!

approaching girls is normal. everyone does it if you dont believe me go up to any girl and ask her if shes heard any lame pickup lines lately! she probably has.

get a friend to help you, a wing man perse, thats what helped me

get your heart rate up, drink a redbull! after a while you wont even need a redbull. listen to some extremely loud music, call a girl friend on the phone and just talk to her about anything before going and approaching. if you dont have any friends that are girls I highly suggest you go make some!

wow thx a lot i do know the facts and stuff and i will try the red bull method ....today i saw many hot girls and stuff but i was still hesitant to approach them and kept making excuses ... i'll inform u guys if the red bull method works for me

w00t i did it i approached random girls and asked them random stuff. 2 of them ignored me but i dunno i was in an ususual good mood today . I used the dental floss opener and the girl thought i was weird the look on her face was funny thx guys♥..... Now to start step 2 ..

I got a nice move from Lance Mason. When opening, especially a group, put your hand in front of you and them - stating that you're here, talking to them and physically opening them as well as verbally. (it's from Fearless First Impressions. I suggest you watch it, cuz it's great when it comes to opening)
