Anyone here able to suggest some techniques/ways/methods to anchor when you elicit a resource state over the telephone?

tonality. That's your key-word.

I'd say check out Hypnotica's "deep phone seduction", it shows how you can use tonality and energy to seduce women, but it has one downside- he doesn't actually teach you the methods, he just does one really long, drawn-out seduction with INSANE hypnosis that would take years to learn how to pull off.

Plus, it may not work on shallow girls.

To anchor over the phone, you have a couple options.

You can have the indended recpiant actually do the anchoring.

"Every time I say 'now', I want you to --insert anchor here--"
However, there's no guarantees. The recipient may or may not actually be doing what you asked, and they may be thinking about what you asked, and why you asked too much for the NLP to be very successful.

The other option for anchoring things, is to use a word/sound/noise as an anchor.

Grinding some coffee beans. Flushing a toilet. Saying "uggaboogabooga". You get the idea.
