So I was chatting to an HB8.5. And then she tested me. She told me I was too young for her. I knew it was a test, and I passed because I kiss closed later but...

I didn't pass as I well as I would have liked. I couldn't think of anything cocky funny etc quickly enough. I ended up flat our denying it - "No, I'm not" - but I didn't know where to go from there. Does anyone have any ideas? I'd like a more humourous, more eloquent response in case it happens again.

I wondered whether to ask her why she thinks that. I decided not to though because that just gives her a reason to make me qualify myself when I want her to be qualifying to me. So I wondered about "If you think there is too much of a difference in age, it's not because I'm too young, but because you're too old".

I'm new to this though. Any thoughts?

I was in this very same situation last night. She was talking about the "kids" that keep hitting on her and asked me how old I am.

I got over the shit test by replying "Really? I stopped counting at 21. Don't blame me if you're at 50 and didn't stop counting."

I'm 30 and she's somewhere in her mid 30's. I got a playful slap on the arm for that. I'm kinda new to the game myself, but hey, apparently what I did worked.

I am also extremely new, but I would advice not to make fun of her age if she is older than you. It may be a big turn off for girls.

This is what you should say on the age issue;
"I can't believe your hung up on the age thing,hell I overlooked the fact your short and I am ok with that.So take a deep breath and get over your age problem.Let me know when you have.We will continue our conversation..."
