I am 5'9.5 and my mom is 5'4 and my dad is 5'10.2. I want to be taller!!! It bugs me sooo much that you have noo idea. It is a major insecurity that i have, i have heard of certain excercises that you can do to grow, are these for real? and do you think i will get any taller? UGHHH

You're like half an inch smaller than average. There must be more to it than that.

Average male height in the US is 5'9, and it's 5'4 for a female. Quit stressing over it, just be happy you're not like 5'3.

What the problem is?

I'm five foot four and it doesn't bother me in the least. Yes, most of the female population says they want a tall man, but people date outside of their types. You my friend, are not short. I know a girl who's 4 foot 6. Work with what you got and make the best of it!

anyway, this doesn't affect me much....
I wont game girls that are taller than me, but this hasnt been a problem at all

my mate who got me into the game is 5'4"ish and he's constantly pulling HB8-10 with ease. average height here in south africa is around 5'9", im 6'1" and MUCH better looking than he is and he's always out-doing me.
looks and height dont mean shit.
if you've really got a problem with your height, maybe buy some shoes with thicker soles and shirts with vertical stripes. vertical stripes make you look slimmer and taller...

Dude I'm a Nurse and know a bit about Anatomy & Physiology...If you've finished puberty (pretty much have full facial hair) your not gonna grow much more...
I am 5ft9 and love my height, I pick up all the time, I never feel my height is an issue...5ft 9 is not an issue I have never seen a girl reject a guy at that height for being too short..5ft 6 yes, that is something of a disadvantage...but your height is absolutely fine....You probably need to work out more if you want more dominance in your appearance...

My best friend is an excellent Natural, he is 5ft9 and has been with close to 60 women...height has never ever affected him...Just work on your posture and build

who cares? oh, you. Your height doesnt matter, only your confidence. I'm 5'6"-5'7" on a good day... The girls dont mind cause we are all the same height when we are horizontal.
