Hokay...so I have been seeing this girl for a few months and I have been doing well with her but I think she is starting to try and put me in the ljbf zone.

I have been giving her space, not texting or calling her much making myself scarce so anyways we planned a night to hang out and she says she can only hang out for a certain amount of time so i say no and suggest we do something tomorrow. The next day she texts me saying she cant come out because she has school stuff to deal with and both times she gives me viable reasons for her time constraints and flaking. So i am rather chapped she blew me off and reply "well text me when you are actually free." and she replies "alright. sorry. ".

She hasn't texted me for a week and a bit and I'm debating whether to text her or just wait it out? I dont want to seem needy in the least and i can handle waiting she just seems like a girl i actually like. I still sarge and dont really see this as one-itis. Also any good tips on upping the attraction between us in a short time frame?

DO NOT. I repeat: DO NOT resume contact. She must show willingness to contact you. Otherwise, jump ship. If you choose to jump at her again, then you officially have one-itis. Even if you think you don't.

Make her decide the date to hang out so she won't flake. Then ignore her until the actual date. I know it sounds harsh but that's what I would do.
