possibly because he's trying to promote the crap...
if you go check the link you'll see "Ross Jeffries Body Mist... Soon Available!"
so he's obviously getting a cut out of this.

Well, I get money for the products I sell , but it doesn't mean they are shit. I am really curious if anybody tried it, and if not - I am willing to try and tell.

Look, we gave you our opinions and that's what you wanted right?

If you already have a set idea about the product, why ask the question in the first place? It's like when a kid asks whether or not he should get a certain toy. Even if you say no, he'll still want it.

I am simply curious if there is more to it than thinking a product is bad/shit just because somebody is making money from it.

Though I do not believe in feromones (as a substantial help in attracting women) this one caught my eye because of Ross. The other thing is, nobody says they tried it, so Ross could be the only one using it, or saying that he is using it ;).

Peace.

i think you misunderstood me...
what i meant was that Ross is probably promoting it because he'll get a cut out of it, and he'll keep promoting them whether they work or not, so the fact that he's recommending it doesnt mean it'll work. just my opinion, and its probably biased because i dont like Ross.

anyway, i did a bit of reading on these pheromone things a while ago (about 3 years ago) and at that time the conclusion was that they wont work. the reasoning had something to do with our sense of smell not being strong enough and that even if we could pick up the pheromones, our mind and psychological state would override them if the person wasn't physically attractive. pheromones work for animals because they are much less conscious in their actions, have very limited thought processes, they have stronger pheromones and better smell receptors and havent evolved past the primitive urge to survive.

its obviously a lot more complicated than that but thats all i could remember

Thanks for the clarification. I read similar things about pheromones but I am also open to the possibility of new developments in the field.

The company mentioned in the title of this topic, however, does not seem to have any big or influential lab where scientific breakthroughts happen - if they had they would brag about it, wouldn't they?

I also wanted to share one more observation. The field of pick-up is highly unscientific, I have never seen a scienticic article published in a scientific journal about how to do the pick-up. The reason for that is, that there are vary many variables that condition if a certain method will work. People are so unpredictable. I am a scientist, and when I think about it, if I were to write an article on pheromones I would write that they could work but not for shure - as it is very easy to prove that they do not work: spay the pheromone on you, and go sarging doing all the wrong things - the pheromone won't help, no matter what. That arguments makes me think about giving it a shot, though it is not a scientific method, it could work - I just hesitate about the price. I get women anyways, should I spend $?

look, im still new to the whole pickup scene and i'm not even interested in it.
if they did indeed work then there would've been a massive story about it everywhere. pickup is about getting a connection, not a smell. external things such as looks and a good cologne will obviously help, but if you cant make a psychological connection then you're not going to get anywhere anyway.
my guess is that these pheromone things will seem to improve your game because you THINK they will. immediate boost in confidence. if you're sceptical, like most, and try them out on a sarge you'll probably find that it had no effect whatsoever because you didnt expect it to work and thus didnt get that tiny little confidence boost when you sprayed it on.
