So I was in a mall yesterday. There was an HB9 doing a queue for something. I was at a table with some guys. I started looking at her, till I noticed she points me out to her friend. we smiled at each other. then when i left, she was still in the queue, and again we smiled. Does it mean I could have go for it and throw something like: here is my number, call me (I could not have talked too much because I wasn't alone). If yes, then I don't get it, why would she wants me? she is an HB9, I m barely a 6, and everyone was obviously looking at her too.

But anyway, i just moved to this city (houston), and i still don t have a car, so I'm not sure what would I have done if she would have taken my # and called me.

Btw, why kind of cars do you guys recommend for pick up? I think that obviously a coupe is a good choice. I was thinking about the altima coupe. But I don't know, maybe I am over analyzing the impact of the car on the girl.

HB's 9 dont just smile at plain sixes, generally.
So it could mean alot of things. Myb she is just provoking you. So I'd say go for it, but not offering you number. First of all, when it comes to numbers it is always better for her to give it, cause if you give yours, she might never call.
It's still a bad choice to ask or offer a number as an opener, So since she's a HB9, start with a very harmless open, just to make conversation, or with a neg. Im sure it will work a thousand times better than offering you number.

Actually she smiled at me more than twice. definitely more than three times even. But okay, what kind of neg is appropriate for this one? i mean, in this case, she knows I (or anyone else btw) like her, so I cannot just play a usual game, can't I?

Also, funny thing is that the same story happened to me just a few hours later with a HB6. But she was much harder to play since she was with her whole family, so I did not even though about it. But let s say that the 9 was a 6, does it change anything?

Well, if she knows you like her, and she did smile lots of times at you, then it IS an IOI, so go for it, but not with a neg as opener.
I actually like this kinda cocky opener i usually use:
"Does it bother you if I make you company?" I dont even let her answer, I just interrupt her ask her something, so she answers.
Then you can offer her some gum, thats the neg you would be using, it's very sutile, but a neg anyways, and its really harmless. Then since you are with your friends, exchange a couple of words, say you have to go back to them, but it was nice to meet her. Say "Nice to meet you, kiss good-bye" pointing your cheek. I love that technique.
If she keeps looking at you, and/or smiling at you, the you go to her again, and then really take out the heavy artilery
