Ok sooo she is sending a variety of IOI to you they maybe suttle but you notice them. What IOI can you send out which are more obvious to show you are interested?

I usually just go for good eye contact

if i havent approached her yet then just nice warm eye contact.
if we've been talking for a while and she's throwing IOI's my way then i tend to give her a cocky smile or a playful wink or tease her etc, but i only give her an IOI after every 2 or 3 i get from her. this might not suit your style though, i use a fair bit of c&f and teasing, suits my personality.
for example, if she touches my arm or whatever i'd say "i usually charge people for that, but i'll let you off with a warning this time "
if she winks at me, "something in your eye there cupcake?" with a cocky smile.
if she's just keeping a lot of eye contact while i'm talking and laughing at lot, feet pointing at me, then i just go for the # close.

kino kino kino! girls know that when you touch them it is an IOI. also, if she touches you, and you go all C&F, that is kind of a punishment. Reward her for her positive body language, if you point it out, it may make her feel subconscious. Women debate whether to touch a guys arm sometimes too....so if she was nervous and then finally worked up the nerve only to have you call her out on it, taht can be a little deflating. just reward her with a smile or touch back

I just make sure to maintain really good eye contact and make sure to kino by touching shoulder, hips, hair use any excuse to kino, but make sure to not lean into the HB when talking to her.

When you are in a one on one conversation in comfort(meaning you've both acknowledged that you like each other) then you can do any of the things girls do to show you their attracted. I.E

Flipping your hair
Looking at their lips-triangle gazing
Touching them on the arm to emphasize a point
Licking or biting your lip
Etc..
