Wash your hair every morning as the grease greatly contributes to ance, i used to have hair like gambler and when i didnt wash it every moring i would get pimples.

I now have short hair and not only has my acne signifacantly improved, it actually looks better. Dont be afraid expose your self to a new look

Also see your doctor he/she will presrcibe you a low grade anti-biotic which with good hygiene should clear up your skin

Hope this helps it really helped me

This may sound like a hard thing to do, but drink TONS of water. Replace all those sodas and energy drinks with water. I used to have severe acne, and when I made this change it helped tenfold. Drink at least one of those gallon jugs everyday, your skin will look better and you will physically feel better.
yeah def lots of water will help another hady hint is TEATREE oil. im not sure bout the avaliability overseas but its commonplace in aus. wipe over your face with teatree oil on cotton makeup removial pads before bed and before showering of a morning. you can see the dirt and oil on the pads after use. the cause of pimples afterall is blocked pores so this should unblock pores preventing new pimples and its antibacterial so it helps you rid the existing ones to. carefull though its prety strong so dont get it in your eyes.

From about 16 to 20ish I had TERRIBLE cystic Acne. I recommend you go to a Doctors and start a course of antibiotics. Which will be increased in strength as required.

I think that becasue I had spots I tend to notice it on people more. I tend to feel sorry for those people that they don't go to a Drs themselves though.

As for it mattering to you. If it doesn't then it SHOULD. Girls spend hours getting ready and looking their best. Why shouldnt you spend a lttle longer than 3 minutes getting ready to go out. And that extends to getting rid of a beer belly or bad BO, or anything.

Inner Game is one thing but dont forget that its what the girl thinks of you in the first 10 seconds that denotes how the interaction proceedes. Or doesn't!

With respect mate.

Covering over spots with some foundation isn't addressing the problem. Whether its direct (lifestyle) or indirect (genetically pre-disposed) I believe that a more permanent approach should be promoted.

Did he not say in the original post that he is using some sort of acne drugs or something? im just offering a short term releif for when he goes out sarging.

It feels better nowing that the acne isnt as prominant when your out and can boost your confidece and inner game. Tho i do agree acne drugs should be taken and is more important than make up. Im on Tetralysal tablets acnequare cream and then wen i go out i wear make up and there hardly noticable especialy in the dark settings of a club etc

I myself had a mild case of acne. I recently started going to the gym to work out and it has helped quite a bit, also I have changed my diet and instead of drinking Mountain Dew everyday, I just drink water.

DON'T squeeze your acne. I much as you feel like doing it or feel like you're invisible such that you won't get scars-- you may not get or see the scars now, but WILL later down the road. Trust me, I have scars to prove it.

I used all medicines, etc.. with acne and has little luck. It turns out I was having allergic reactions to things. I did some research and most people have the same problem despite what the zillion dollar a year acne product industry will say. I am allergic to Iodine which is in One-a-day vitamins and most multi-vitamins. I cut that out and I had MAJOR improvements, most people are also having reactions/breakouts because of cheese or excess dairy products. I limited that and guess what... at 25 years old I still had acne, but since I changed this my acne is completely gone. Years of products and bullshit, cured now for many months. Don't believe me? look it up. The vitamins caused me to break out like a week or two after I would take them. Diary products took a few days too, just don't overdo the cheese
