Backround: Met this girl on the bus in the summer...chatted her up...I think we are just friends...looking to get out of the friends zone. I haven't talked to her in about a month.

So this is our convo. I "accidently" sent a text message to her.

Me: Yea just come over…Doors unlocked really really tired wake me up when you’re here
Her: I think u sent that to the wrong person. So how are you doing?
Me: Im pretty good. Been having a great time up here…Yea its great…What about you? You like your teaching job?
Her: I am so so busy but it is good. The kids are great…I just have to adjust to the new schedule.

What should i do next? I feel like im fucking this up...

You're not fucking it up. You just need guidance.

The fact that you ignored her for a while is great. Same thing with your opener. Makes me think of that one line "Oh hey I missed you while you were gone... oh sorry I though you were someone else."

Get your friends together for a night out and send her something like: "Look, I hate texting but if you really want to see me, my friends and I blah blah blah."

kind of a blatant move, but unless she guessed you did it on purpose it cant have done any harm. and good one on making sure you seem busy, important, responsible. now just mention in passing how you want to get out and unwind, just make sure you dont come off like you need her to come.

Nice advice guys, Thanks!! Yea I got the opener from somewhere...I forget where tho =O. Me and my roommates are throwing a party on Saturday, I'll see if she wants to come to that.

Sounds great. Make sure you establish the fact that you're just inviting her and can very well have the party without her.
